He was President and CEO of Beaubelle & Associates, a residential real estate brokerage — that was acquired by Coldwell Banker in 1997. Under Glenn’s leadership Beaubelle & Associates consistently ranked in the top 1% nationally for sales production.

In addition to Glenn’s management and leadership accomplishments, he has more than 35 years of experience in residential real estate sales. We had heard wonderful reviews about Glenn and Kellie from many of our friends who had used them. We weren't really sure what we were looking for and we weren't great about telling him why we didn't like certain homes and it took us almost two years to find a home. But during that time, Glenn never gave up on us or made us feel that we were driving him crazy, although I'm sure we were. Glenn always had our best interest at heart. Glenn and Kellie Beaubelle were the best team we could find, helping us realize the highest price when we sold our home. How did they do it for us. Glenn provided a comprehensive review of comparable properties listed and sold in the market to help understand where our house fit price wise and sliced it every way we would want to look at it. Glenn and Kellie provide a survey determining what could be done to maximize the sale price. After reviewing the options, we decided to upgrade the master suite, amongst other items, to create a turn-key house move in ready. Kellie provided top level design and project management as part of the home sale process. Kellie is a real pro and put together a cost effective upgrade; transforming the master suite, hall bathroom, kitchen and a few other areas. A great assistance in getting top dollar. Kellie also staged the house and it looked fabulous, like pages from a restoration hardware catalogue. Glenn updated the initial survey and worked with us to determine what price to list the house... encouraging multiple offers. Kellie had her photographer do some very eye catching work for the ads and marketing materials. Glenn held brokers and open houses, providing shuttle service for our long, steep driveway. Glenn had the presence to thoughtfully and calmly manage the bidding process. Importantly, Glenn was able to assist in something that most residential brokers never consider when reviewing multiple offers certainty of close. He took the time and made the effort to screen the buyers, determining that the highest bidder had a track record of attempting to take the house off the market with a high bid and then attempt to retrade at a lower price. With this information Glenn was able to convince the second bidder to increase their price and provide greater certainty of close in their contract language.
