Glenn Beaubelle was named as the founding partner of Compass Lafayette in 2018, a cutting edge real estate firm that is heavy in tech. Prior to his affiliation with Compass, Glenn was with Coldwell Banker for twenty-one years where he was ranked as their #1 agent and group for nineteen years. His former real estate company, Beaubelle and Associates, was acquired by Coldwell Banker in 1997.

Glenn Beaubelle was born in Berkeley, California and raised in Moraga. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He was a member of the University of California Men’s NCAA Water Polo Team. He earned All-American honors at the collegiate level. He holds a California Broker’s License and is certified in the sale of Estate and Luxury properties.

In addition to his management and leadership accomplishments, Glenn has more than forty years of experience in residential real estate sales. He is highly respected in the real estate industry and has been in the top one percent among county Realtors for sales volume over the last thirty eight years, setting new individual sales records for his previous and present firms in both Contra Costa and Alameda County, as well as in Northern California. Glenn was announced as the # 1 agent for sales production in the entire East Bay by his previous firm and has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top I 000 every year since he joined Compass.                 

Glenn is involved in many local, state and national Realtor organizations, such as the Contra Costa Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is an honored Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and was honored as Rotarian of the Year.
